# House 🏠

House plays a crucial role in maintaining the well-being of your city’s inhabitants. Upgrading the house increase your Amenity points. The House affects the frequency at which players must claim their passive income. Starting with a 3-hour interval at level 0, upgrading the House extends the claim interval, allowing players to manage their resources with less frequent logins.
